Job Descriptions
- แนะนำบริการ คลาส และแพ็กเกจต่างๆ
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ให้คำแนะนำเรื่องอุปกรณ์ คลาสที่เหมาะสมกับเป้าหมายของลูกค้า
- รับเรื่องหรือแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้กับลูกค้าได้ ตามเงื่อนไขในการบริการของบริษัท
- รับโทรศัพท์ ตอบคำถามเบื้องต้น และประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- แนะนำการขาย และจัดการข้อมูลลูกค้าใหม่ในระบบ CRM (มีค่าคอมมิชชั่น)
- ช่วยงานเอกสารเบื้องต้น (ใบเสร็จ / ข้อมูลทางบัญชี)
- ตอบแชทลูกค้าผ่าน Facebook, IG, Line OA อย่างมืออาชีพ
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
เวลาทำงาน 8 ชม ไม่รวมพักกลางวัน เข้ากะ
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ Sales หรือ Customer Service หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บุคลิกภาพดี มีวุฒิภาวะ และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ เพราะมีลูกค้าต่างชาติ)
- รักการออกกำลังกาย รักสุขภาพ
- ทัศนคติดี พร้อมเปิดรับสิ่งใหม่ๆตลอดเวลา
