Key Responsibilities: Cost Management & Analysis: •Manage and lead all cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation. •Develop and maintain detailed cost models to analyze product costs and identify opportunities for improvement. •Prepare and present comprehensive inventory analysis reports, highlighting key variances and trends. •Conduct cost simulations for Bills of Materials (BOM), Hours Per Unit (HPU), and yield improvements to assess financial impact. •Track and report on cost-saving initiatives, analyzing their effectiveness and impact on the bottom line. Inventory Control & Accuracy: •Implement and maintain robust measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of cost data within the ERP system. •Assist in the development and enhancement of internal controls related to inventory management and costing. •Perform regular inventory reconciliations and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies. Finance and Accounting: •Oversee the full spectrum of day-to-day financial accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and inventory management. •Manage the preparation of accurate and compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements. •Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports. •Analyze financial data and provide insightful recommendations to management on cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to effective business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. •Develop and implement efficient accounting procedures and internal controls to enhance financial integrity. •Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required. Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•Proven experience in cost accounting management within a manufacturing environment.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
•Expertise in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
•Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
•Experience with BOI is a plus.
