Job Descriptions
• Account Receivable : issue invoice, tax invoice and receipt, reconciliation with bank accounts for its revenues. • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial reports, ensuring all financial activities are properly documented and organized. • Preparing : Monthly billing reports, summarized and analysis. • Continuously looks for process improvement for billing software. • Ability to do multitask skills and willing to learn a new assignment. • Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word, email, internet, etc.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Thai nationality, age 23 - 28 years old.
  3. Has experience in a similar role at least 2 years is a plus.
  4. Proficiency in Express software (Necessary).
  5. Strong skills in using MS Excel, MS Word and other is preferable.
  6. Good communication skills in Thai and English.
  7. Strong knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
  8. High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
