Job Descriptions
Push the improvement of SMT AOI/EOLI/OQC related station quality abnormalities
Lead the weekly quality meeting to push PL and improve product yield；
Analyze/ statistics product defect rates and report to factories and customers;
Prepare OQC shipment reports to ensure shipment quality and achieve customer satisfaction
Provide on-the-job training for internal
Qualifications
- Good English skills, good listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to communicate fluently with European and American customers
- knowledge of ISO quality system and quality management tools, such as QC techniques, SPC, etc.
- Familiar with SMT manufacturing process
- Proficient in using office software
- Good communication and expression skills, good at analyzing and solving problems, clear thinking and strong logic;
- Those with experience in PE/QA/PQE/CQE within electronics manufacturing industry is perferred;
