ตำแหน่ง: เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ จำนวนที่รับ: 2 อัตรา เจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมต้นทุน (1 อัตรา) เจ้าหน้าที่พัฒนาประสิทธิภาพ (1 อัตรา) คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ 1. ความรู้และทักษะเฉพาะทาง - มีพื้นฐานด้านการบริหารการเงิน การบริหารโครงการ การจัดการการผลิต และแนวคิดการจัดการแบบลีน (Lean Management) -ใช้งาน Excel และ PowerPoint ได้อย่างชำนาญ 2. ทักษะด้านความสามารถ - มีความคิดเป็นระบบ มีตรรและโครงสร้างทางความคิดที่ดี สามารถสรุปและต่อยอดงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ - มีทักษะด้านการประสานงาน การเข้าสังคม และมีไหวพริบในการสังเกต - มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และจัดทำรายงานได้อย่างมืออาชีพ - มีความสามารถในการดำเนินงานเชิงลึกและผลักดันงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย 3. ประสบการณ์การทำงาน - มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในสายงานบริหารการดำเนินงาน / IE หน้างาน / การบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ - มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารโครงการและการเงินในระดับหนึ่ง
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญาขึ้นไป
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านโรงงานในองค์กรขนาดใหญ่อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  3. มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิตแบบลีน (Lean Production)
  4. มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร ประสานงาน และบริหารทีมได้ดี มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมเขียนแบบ และซอฟต์แวร์สำนักงานได้อย่างชำนาญ
  6. สื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. ยินดีรับพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่ที่คุณสมบัติเหมาะสม
