We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our restaurant's online presence. This role involves content creation, social media planning, ad management, and photography/videography. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food trends, skilled in visual storytelling, and able to engage our audience across multiple platforms. This position will work closely with the Marketing and Brand Manager to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy. If you have a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and digital marketing skills, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy •Develop creative social media content aligned with our brand, food trends in Thailand and overseas. •Brainstorm and execute engaging photo/video concepts for posts, reels, and stories. Social Media Planning & Management •Create and manage a content calendar for posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). •Schedule and publish content at optimal times for audience engagement. •Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas. •Work closely with the Marketing and Brand Manager to align with overall marketing strategy. Advertising & Analytics •Plan, create, and manage paid social media ads to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. •Analyze performance metrics and optimize content/ads for better reach and conversion. Photography & Videography •Capture high-quality photos and videos of menu items, restaurant ambiance, and special events. •Edit content to ensure professional and visually appealing posts. Community Engagement & KOL/Influencer Management •Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages on our own social media channels. •Join conversations on relevant food, fitness, and lifestyle posts to increase our brand presence. •Manage relationships with KOLs and influencers to enhance brand visibility. •Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and food communities to promote brand awareness. Task Execution & Flexibility •Ability to work on assigned tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. •Adapt to new responsibilities based on marketing needs.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  2. 0-3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital advertising.
  3. Strong creativity and ability to generate fresh ideas for content.
  4. Proficiency in photography, videography, and basic editing (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
  5. Knowledge of social media analytics and paid ad management (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
  6. Experience in KOL/Influencer management is a plus.
  7. Interest in the food and restaurant industry.
  8. Language skills: Proficiency in Thai (fluent) and English (conversational to fluent).
  9. Basic knowledge of Thai and international food trends is a plus.
