Job Descriptions
-Manage and lead the Application Support team to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. -Perform day-to-day activities of Application Support Services. -Follow up on all pending support cases daily and drive timely case resolution in line with SLAs. -Keep customers informed about the progress and updates of open tickets. -Assist in handling service requests by coordinating with internal technical engineering teams. -Resolve customer issues, including coordination with external parties (e.g., vendors) when required. -Distribute outgoing messages, reports, and relevant communications to customers promptly. -Plan and manage team resources to maintain high service quality standards.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 0-2 years in IT support, helpdesk, or technical assistance roles.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
  4. Effective communication skill (Thai, English)
  5. Customer-focus orientation (Strong service minded).
