Job Descriptions
• ดูแลและบริหารทีม RD Formular ให้ดำเนินงานได้ตามแผนพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ • ให้คำแนะนำเชิงเทคนิคด้านสูตร และการพัฒนาสินค้าให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้าและตลาด • ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติการทดลองสูตรก่อนส่งต่อให้ลูกค้าหรือทีม NPD • ประสานงานกับฝ่ายการตลาด บรรจุภัณฑ์ QA QC และการผลิต เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสูตรสามารถนำไปใช้จริงในสายการผลิต • บริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูลสูตรให้เป็นระบบ พร้อมกำกับดูแลการจัดทำเอกสารที่ใช้สำหรับ อย. • ติดตามเทรนด์วัตถุดิบ เทคโนโลยีใหม่ และนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง • สอนงานและพัฒนาทีม RD ให้มีศักยภาพสูงขึ้นทั้งในด้านเทคนิคและความคิดสร้างสรรค์
Qualifications
  1. เพศ : ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. ปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์เครื่องสำอาง, เคมี, วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์ในงานวิจัยและพัฒนาสูตรเครื่องสำอางอย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีมขนาดเล็กหรือเคยเป็นหัวหน้าทีมทดลองสูตร
  5. มีความเข้าใจเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติวัตถุดิบ การจดแจ้ง อย. และการทดสอบ Stability/Compatibility
  6. มีความสามารถในการวางแผนและจัดการงานหลายโปรเจกต์พร้อมกัน
  7. หากเคยทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายการตลาด หรือเข้าใจกระบวนการ NPD จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
