Qualifications
- 3-5 years of HR management experience (preferably in manufacturing/electronics).
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, SSO, and foreign worker regulations (Myanmar MOU experience is a plus).
- Fluent in Thai & English (spoken/written).
- Problem-solving & conflict resolution skills in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., payroll systems, ATS).
- Experience with BOI-promoted companies.
- Basic Burmese language skills (for managing Myanmar workers).
- Knowledge of ISO or other industry compliance standards.
