Job Descriptions- Supervise, mentor, and guide in team recruiters to ensure recruitment processes are followed efficiently and effectively.
- Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, track progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, managing offers, and closing hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and candidate
profiles.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for roles.
- Manage candidate pipelines effectively to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Lead negotiation and offer discussions to ensure a positive candidate experience while closing offers.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure their engagement and long-term success within the organization.
