Job Descriptions
- วางแผนและกำหนดกลยุทธ์การขาย เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายของบริษัท
- ควบคุม ตรวจสอบความคืบหน้าของการนำเสนอราคาหรืองานโครงการต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบของบริษัท
- บริหารและพัฒนาทีมขายให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- วิเคราะห์ตลาดและหาช่องทางในการเพิ่มยอดขาย
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
- รายงานผลการดำเนินงานต่อผู้บริหารอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารงานขายและการจัดการทีมขาย ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี มีความเป็นผู้นำ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- มีภาวะผู้นำ บุคลิกภาพดี และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ยอดเยี่ยม
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และมีความคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ และมีใบอนุญาติการขับขี่
