Job Descriptions
1.Qualify and audit suppliers to ensure compliance with standards. 2.Investigate supplier quality issues and lead root cause analysis. 3.Define incoming quality requirements and inspection standards. 4.Collaborate with purchasing and R&D for new supplier development. 5.Support cost-reduction without compromising quality. 6.Lead Kaizen with suppliers to improve quality and delivery. 7.Conduct supplier performance reviews and scorecards. 8.Facilitate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). 9.Maintain supplier-related documents and reports. 10.Support IQC with training and inspection criteria. 11.Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  2. More than 3 years of working experience in the same position.
  3. Proficient in project management, strong awareness of cost control and innovation, strong overall concept and service awareness.
  4. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  5. Knowledge of inventory management.
  6. Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  7. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Chinese is a plus.
  8. Experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning.
