Job Descriptions

- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies. - Report to Retail Area Manager and Retail Operation Manager. New Store Opening: Work with the Retail team for the opening of a new flagship store in Bangkok, ensuring smooth project execution, time management, and collaboration across functions. - Sales & Performance: Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities. - Customer Experience: Deliver an outstanding shopping experience, fostering customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. - Team Leadership: Manage the team of 5-10 sales advisors including recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team in a positive, goal-oriented environment. - Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with supply chain teams. - Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to enhance business operations. - Brand Representation: Uphold and enhance the brand’s image through premium store presentation and customer engagement. Compliance & Security: Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Have an experience as a Senior Sales, Store Supervisor 1 year at lease.
Store Manager requires proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the fashion, jewelry, or luxury retail industry.
