Job Descriptions
1. ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้าของ Supplier และคีย์ข้อมูลใน Exel file
2. เคลมสินค้าเสียหาย/สินค้าเข้าไม่ครบตามจำนวนที่สั่งกับโรงงาน โดยการขอคืนเงินผ่านระบบ พร้อมทั้งเช็คสินค้าตีกลับ
3. ทำรายการสินค้าขาเข้าให้คนนับสินค้า เช็คจำนวนสินค้า/คีย์ข้อมูลลง Exel file และอัพสต็อคเข้าระบบ
4. ลงสินค้าใหม่ในระบบ /ทำแคมเปญโปรโมชั่นในแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ Shopee/Lazada
5. ดูแลการให้ข้อมูลและตอบปัญหาลูกค้าทางช่องทางออนไลน์ของบริษัท (Facebook , Line Official , Tiktock etc.)
6. ทำงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 24-35 ปี
- ใช้ระบบ Excel ได้ สามารถทำสูตร sum และสูตรคำนวณง่ายๆได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ
- ทัศนคติดี มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา
- ถ้าไลฟ์สดและตัดต่อคลิปสั้นได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
