- การหาลูกค้าใหม่และการรักษาลูกค้าเก่า นำเสนอขายสินค้าหรือบริการให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้ากับบริการแก่ลูกค้า - ติดตามผลการขายและปรับแผนให้เหมาะสม - ออกไปหาลูกค้า - ค้นหาและติดต่อลูกค้าเป้าหมายผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น การโทร , การส่งเมล และการเข้าพบลูกค้าโดยตรง
Qualifications
  1. เพศ : หญิง และ ชาย
  2. อายุ : 20 - 35 ปี
  3. ระดับการศึกษา : ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี
  4. ประสบการณ์ (ปี) : 0 - 3 ปี
  5. ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง: สามารถเจรจาต่อรองและปิดการขายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  6. ทักษะการสร้างความสัมพันธ์: สามารถสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
  7. ความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน: สามารถทำงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมายภายใต้แรงกดดันและกำหนดเวลาที่จำกัด
  8. ทักษะทางคอมพิวเตอร์: สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office และระบบ CRM (Customer Relationship Management) ได้
