Job Descriptions

- Analyze the production process to improve quality and develop efficiency. - Improve and find ways to reduce losses in the production process. - Study and follow the advancement of external technology and can apply it to the company. - Prepare work manuals and provide suggestions to relevant persons. - Coordinate and participate in activities for the promotion of quality management and production systems. - Develop and improve engineering work - Perform project work as assigned.

Qualifications

Age : up to 21 years old
Education degree: Bachelor degree of engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic)
GPA: up to 2.50
Able to make decisions and analyze and solve various problems.
Open & Challenge mindset
Have good interpersonal skills and work well with others.
Experience working in production process analysis, production process improvement and/or project engineering for at least 1-2 years will be given special consideration.
Having a driver's license and a personal car will be given special consideration.
