-ค่าตอบแทน สวัสดิการ และแรงงานสัมพันธ์ รวมถึงผลประโยชน์อื่นๆ
-วางแผนและควบคุมกำหนดการใช้กฎระเบียบและข้อบังคับ
-การพัฒนาบุคคลากร กำหนดแผนฝึกอบรม วิธีการฝึกอบรมและบริหารจัดการงานธุรการให้เหมาะสม
-จัดทำ ใบอนุญาตทำงานสำหรับชาวต่างชาติ work permit
Qualifications
- จบปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์ด้านงานทรัพยากรณ์บุคคล2 ปีขึ้นไป พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ พรบ.คุ้มครองแรงงาน รวมถึงกฎหมายต่างๆ พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับงานประกันสังคม
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- หากพร้อมเริ่มงานทีนที (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
