Job Descriptions

Manage and oversee daily customs clearance activities for both BOI and non-BOI shipments (imports and exports). Ensure accurate declaration and documentation in line with Thai customs regulations and BOI privileges. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government authorities for smooth clearance processes. Handle all necessary applications, permits, and reporting for BOI-related transactions (e.g., raw materials, machinery, spare parts). Maintain and update company import/export master data and HS code classification. Monitor and ensure compliance with FTAs, tax exemptions, and duty privileges. Support audits and inspections by customs or BOI officers. Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., production, planning, finance) to align trade activities with company operations. Proactively manage international shipments, including materials imported from multiple countries and products exported globally. Provide regular training and guidance to relevant departments on customs and trade procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in customs and trade compliance, preferably in a BOI company.
have experience in license of: TISI, NBTC, "Made in Thailand" Certificate, Certificate of Origin (C/O)
Familiarity with international trade rules, including incoterms, FTAs, and country-specific requirements.
Good communication and coordination skills with external and internal stakeholders.
English can be working language.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
