Job Descriptions
1. Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients (primarily Chinese-speaking markets) through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn, WeChat). 2. Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to spot new business opportunities. 3. Proposals & Pitches: Develop and present customized HR solutions to prospects, highlighting our value proposition. 4. Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships. 5. Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, recruitment, operations) to align strategies and deliver client needs.
Qualifications
  1. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written/spoken) to engage with Chinese-speaking clients. English proficiency is a plus.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related fields. Fresh graduates with passion are welcome!
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  5. Outgoing, resilient, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Open for non-Thai nationality with work permit and visa provided by the company.
