Job Descriptions
1. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements. 2. Maintain and improve existing quality management systems (QMS) to meet industry standards. 3. Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics and testing plans. 4. Monitor manufacturing processes to meet quality standards. 5. Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify process improvements. 6. Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure product quality. 7. Investigate and analyze customer complaints to identify root causes and take corrective action. 8. Develop and implement training programs to ensure quality standards are met. 9. Generate detailed reports on quality assurance activities and findings. 10. Stay current on industry trends, quality standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality or related fields
  2. Knowledge of principles, processes and procedures of quality assurance
  3. Good command of English or Chinese
  4. At least 2-5 years of direct experience in CQE/SQE, quality assurance, quality control or quality engineering in the production of microwave devices
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, QC tools, ISO and quality management
  7. Good teamwork/good interpersonal skills
  8. Creative, courageous, open to change and ready to learn
