2. ทำเคลียร์บิล PR,PO ประจำเดือน
3. สรุปยอดสั่งซื้อ ประจำเดือน
4. รับผิดชอบและดูแลการจัดซื้อของบริษัทประสานงานแต่ละแผนก
เรื่อง การเบิกจ่ายวัสดุอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ
ตรวจเช็ครายการสินค้า ปรับรายการสินค้า พร้อมสรุปรายงานคงคลัง
5. ทำเบิกค่าโทรศัพท์ / ค่าอินเตอร์เน็ต / ค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือน
Qualifications
- ทุกเพศ อายุ 21 - 29 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- ขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
- สามารถแก้ไข้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft พื้นฐานได้ (Word/Excel)
- มีความละเอียดถี่ถ้วนในการทำงาน
- มีทักษะการประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กรให้งานบรรลุเป้าหมาย ขอคนลุยๆ
- หากมีประสบการณ์จัดซื้ดจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
