Job Descriptions-Responsible for organization and implementation recruitment relevant work, including recruitment channel/resource management, interview, follow up the hiring process.
-Review company rules and Labor law to provide guidance on HR related policies and practices.
-Compensation and benefit, payroll functions of human resource and preparing Salary process with Payroll systems.
-Preparing the Social insurance and Tax and submit to SSO in time.
-Work with managers to set KPIs of each department, track KPIs and report on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
-Keep track on probationary period evaluation and annual performance review, and summarize data for management analysis and decision making on bonus and annual salary increment.
-Manage office administration tasks, including handling office supplies, office maintenance, and purchasing office supplies.
-Perform daily administrative operations.
-Support Management in working on conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions.
