Job Descriptions

•Responsible for selling our portfolio of condominium developments. •Follow-up with leads to increase sales. •Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients and agents. •Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales. •Hold buyers to find out their needs and wants in a condominium, then show properties that meet those needs. •Develop a network of contacts to promote our developments. •Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience. •Develop new opportunities and sales channels. •Attract prospective clients to promote new business. •Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer the question about the potential condominium, similar properties, and the surrounding neighborhood. •Provide support, information, and after-sales service to clients and agents. •Coordinate with the internal department to conduct promotional activities. •Perform administrative tasks related to property transactions and company processes.
