Job Descriptions
-Oversee the full operations of SEA TO SERVE, including coordination of Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH).
-Plan and manage daily breakfast buffet operations to ensure food quantities are in line with hotel guest occupancy.
-Coordinate closely with hotel departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to enhance guest experience.
-Lead and train service staff to maintain high service standards.
-Monitor and maintain service quality during all-day dining and rooftop operations.
-Control food costs, inventory, and the supply chain.
-Collaborate with the hotel’s marketing team to develop in-house promotions.
Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in hotel operations.
- Proven ability to plan and control buffet service logistics effectively.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Professional demeanor and a service-oriented mindset.
