Job Descriptions

•Develop and implement long-term and short-term business strategies to achieve company goals. •Oversee operational plans to ensure alignment with business objectives. •Develop and strengthen the brand to enhance market positioning. •Plan and oversee the opening of new branches or expansion of existing locations. •Estimate budgets and operational costs while ensuring financial sustainability •Track and analyze business performance metrics. •Develop and manage pricing systems, online sales platforms, and other operational tool. •Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, management or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to plan strategically and solve problems.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge and understanding of the retail industry or home products will be considered a plus.
