Job Descriptions
ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ เสาร์เว้นเสาร์ เวลา 9.00-18.00 น. 1. คิดค้น วิจัย และพัฒนาเมนูอาหารใหม่ๆ ร่วมกับทีม R&D ตามนโยบายบริษัท 2.มีการอบรม/สอนงานให้พนักงานสามารถปฏิบัติตามได้อย่างมีมาตรฐาน 3.คิดต้นทุนสินค้า ควบคุมต้นทุนสินค้าใหม่ให้อยู่ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด 4.ทำอาหารเพื่อโปรโมทเมนูใหม่ๆ 5.สั่งซื้อ และจัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบ สำหรับเทสอาหารเมนูใหม่ 6.ทำอาหารสำหรับ R&D ให้ถูกต้องตามหลัก Food Safety 7.ควมคุมขั้นตอนการทำงาน แผนการพัฒนาเมนูใหม่จนถึงวันเริ่มจำหน่าย 8.ศึกษาเทรนอาหารใหม่ๆ 9.จัดทำเอกสารต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง 10.อื่นๆตามได้รับหมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา Food Science / คหกรรม
  4. มีประสบการณ์วิจัยและพัฒนาอาหาร หรือผลิตภัณฑ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  5. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง สามารถสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ๆได้
  6. หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจด้านร้านอาหาร พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. มีความเป็นผู้นำ ประสานงานได้ดี ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
