Job Descriptions
1. Assist in establishing, maintaining, and improving the quality management system.
2. Supervise and coordinate quality activities across departments.
3. Handle and track quality complaints, supervise corrective and preventive actions, and execute quality improvement plans/measures.
4. Assist in the continuous improvement of the quality system.
5. Coordinate with various departments in handling quality matters.
6. Manage the daily operations of the laboratory.
7. Report work to the quality manager in a timely and accurate manner.
8. Execute other work arrangements assigned by the quality manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in communication or instrumentation.
- Familiar with fiber optic cable testing equipment and instruments, as well as the production process and technology of optical cables.
- Strong language communication skills and proficient in computer usage.
