Accounting and Administrative officer
Responsibilities:
•เตรียมและบันทึกเอกสารสำหรับสำนักงานบัญชี ในการปิดงวดประจำเดือน ประจำปี
•เตรียม ส่ง และ ติดตามเอกสารด้านบัญชี เช่น ใบกำกับภาษี ให้กับลูกค้า และ ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
•ทำบันทึก financial report สรุปยอดขายและกำไรประจำเดือน
•เช็คสต็อกอุปกรณ์
•จัดเตรียมและคัดเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัท เช่น หนังสือรับรองบริษัท ภ.พ.20 งบการเงิน และอื่นๆ
•ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของสำนักงาน และงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ 0-5 ปี ในด้านการทำบัญชี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- ปริญญาตรี (บัญชี การจัดการ และ อื่นๆ)
- สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Excel และ Microsoft Word ได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถทำงานเสร็จได้ตามเวลา
- มีคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนตัว
