ให้คำปรึกษาในเรื่องสินค้า Spec, การติดตั้ง, การแก้ไข, ราคา , นัดหมายช่าง
รับข้อร้องเรียนต่างๆ และแจ้งหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Service (การให้บริการลูกค้า)
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ได้ดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
