Job Descriptions
1. Bookkeeping and Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records 2. Accounts Payable 3. Accounts Receivable 4. Banking Matters 5. Bank Reconciliation 6. Expense Management 7. Payroll support 8. Financial Reporting 9. Tax Compliance 10. Audit Support 11. Data Entry 12. Filing and Documentation 13. Communication and coordination 14. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow 15. Administrative Support 16. Strictly follow all report deadlines as assigned 17. All data recording/ updating shall be using English and Thai 18. Updating YPMS & Accounting System which assigned 19. Any other tasks which assigned.... etc.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  2. (CPD, or equivalent preferred)
  3. Experienced in financial leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  5. Excellent in English or Mandarin with exceptional communication skills.
  6. Strong knowledge of Thai financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
