Job Descriptions
1.Responsible for the company's short video projects, including but not limited to:
-Responsible for shooting short video projects for the company, including pre-production planning, on-site filming, and post-production material organization.
-Independently execute short video shooting tasks based on scripts and creative requirements, ensuring that the video materials meet quality standards.
-Video Editing: Edit, splice, transition, and control pacing based on scripts and raw footage to ensure smooth and engaging video content.
-Color Grading: Perform color correction and stylistic grading according to the video's theme and style to enhance visual appeal.
-Special Effects: Create basic motion graphics, text animations, and particle effects as needed to enhance visual impact.
-Audio Processing: Add background music, sound effects, and voice-overs, and perform sound editing and mixing to improve the overall auditory experience.
-Subtitle Production: Add and design subtitles (Chinese, English, and Thai) with appropriate styling and formatting to ensure clarity and readability.
2.Participate in short video creative planning and provide professional post-production advice:
-Engage in short video brainstorming sessions and offer feasible suggestions from a post-production perspective.
-Design post-production plans based on the video’s theme and style, and communicate with team members to finalize the approach.
3.Keep up with short video industry trends and continuously learn and master new post-production techniques and tools:
-Stay updated on industry trends and learn new post-production technologies and tools.
-Apply new technologies and tools to practical work to improve video production efficiency and quality.
4.Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Film Production, Digital Media, Animation Design, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English.
- At least 2 year of experience in short video post-production, with a strong portfolio preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in operating DSLR cameras, camcorders, drones, and other filming equipment.
- Familiar with short video shooting techniques, including composition, lighting, and camera movement.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, with the ability to efficiently handle multi-track editing, transitions, and subtitle integration.
