Job Descriptions
- ดำเนินการสรรหาบุคลากรตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ ภายใต้มาตรฐาน ISO 9001 & 14001 - วางแผนและดำเนินการพัฒนาบุคลากรเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะในการทำงานและความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพ ภายใต้มาตรฐาน ISO 9001 & 14001 - ผลักดัน และรับผิดชอบ ระบบ Learning Organization ขององค์กร ให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่วางไว้ - ยื่นขอรับรองหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมและแจ้งฝึกอบรมกับกองทุนพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด - สนับสนุนกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของแผนก เช่น กิจกรรมปีใหม่, กิจกรรมสงกรานต์, ทำบุญประจำปีของบริษัท
Qualifications
  1. อายุ : 28 - 36 ปี การศึกษาปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโท ประสบการณ์ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล 5 - 10 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. มีทักษะในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน)
  3. มีความรับผิดชอบ มุ่งเน้นความสำเร็จของงาน
  4. มีวุฒิภาวะ มีความเป็นผู้นำ และทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  5. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี รักในการบริการ
  6. มีทัศนคติที่ดี ชอบความท้าทาย ตระหนักถึงโอกาสในการพัฒนางานของตน
  7. มีแรงจูงใจในการขับเคลื่อนงาน และสามารถจัดการงานจนสำเร็จ
  8. มีความสามารถทั้งการลงรายละเอียดในงาน หรือสามารถมองภาพใหญ่ที่สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ขององค์กรได้
