Job Descriptions
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop visually compelling marketing materials and campaigns. - Assist the team in developing marketing and e-commerce value propositions for short-term, long-term, and new product opportunities. - Support the Marketing Manager in planning and implementing growth marketing initiatives, media actions, and activities as outlined in the marketing plan (both online and offline). - Prepare reports and presentations, and recommend corrective actions when necessary. - Handle ad hoc issues and challenges arising in daily operations. - Manage and follow up on digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales across online channels (Paid, Owned, Earned, and Partner media). - Oversee both paid and organic Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and work closely with the marketing team to manage digital assets effectively. - Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Relevant bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  2. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment
  3. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms
  6. Passion for marketing and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
