Job Descriptions
- Manage and update brand stores on marketplace platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
- Oversee inventory pricing, promotions, and sales campaigns on marketplaces.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in coordination with the Admin Customer Service team.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, order data, and store traffic.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Admin Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and schedule live streaming sessions for the brand and affiliate partners.
- Manage and track the performance of live streaming sessions for the brand and affiliate partners.
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns, including adjusting commission rates and designing promotions to attract buyers.
- Monitor and analyze sales data from affiliate channels to optimize strategies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing, SEO, social media, and customer behavior.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and optimizing online sales performance.
- Proficient in using e-commerce tools and technologies, such as content management systems, analytics platforms, and online advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
