Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , Information Technology or related fields
At least 10 years working experience in IT System admin and support
Experience in Windows Server, VMWare server (Installation /Configure) Optional - Linux or unix - Database in Microsoft SQL DB , Oracle
Experience in mail server eg. HCL Domino server/Lotus note/Microsoft365
Experience in Network ,Switch ,Router and Firewall eg. Fortigate/Fortianalyzer /Cisco
Experience in Backup Software and Antivirus software
Knowledge about PC Technical Support eg. Installation , Solve any problems of PC issues . printers,UPS, Network
Good command of both written and spoken English , Can communicate with oversea support Web site
Knowledge to use tools development eg. Crystal Report
Experience to support ERP system at Factory will be an advantage
