Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities :
1.Talent Acquisition and Development
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, screening, interviews, to candidate selection.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment for all positions.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Drive succession planning and leadership development.
2.Learning and Development
- Design and develop training programs aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Create and manage the annual training roadmap to enhance employee skills.
- Act as an internal trainer to deliver training programs within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to measure its impact on employee performance and organizational growth.
- Design and manage organizational development initiatives such as career path planning, talent management, and leadership development programs
- Oversee and enhance performance management systems, including KPI development and competency assessments.
3.Employee Engagement & Relations
- Implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor law compliance.
- Strengthen ties with local government, communities, and key stakeholders.
4.Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards)
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits policies to ensure fair and competitive rewards.

5.HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal policies.
- Identify and implement HR process improvements.
6.HR Systems & Analytics
- Maintain HRIS records with high accuracy.
- Provide HR analytics & reports on workforce trends, absenteeism, and turnover.
