Job Descriptions
• ให้ข้อมูลบริการของคลินิกกับลูกค้าทั้งทางหน้าร้าน, โทรศัพท์ และโซเชียลมีเดีย
• ต้อนรับลูกค้า ตรวจสอบนัดหมาย และประสานงานกับทีมแพทย์/พนักงาน
• จัดการระบบจองคิว และดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าก่อน-หลังรับบริการ
• ติดตามผลการให้บริการ เช่น โทร Follow up ลูกค้า
• แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น หรือส่งต่อกรณีต้องใช้ฝ่ายอื่นร่วมจัดการ
• รวบรวม Feedback เพื่อรายงานฝ่ายบริหาร
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช – ปริญญาตรี
- บุคลิกภาพดี ยิ้มแย้ม มีทักษะการสื่อสาร
- สามารถทำงานเสาร์-อาทิตย์ ได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในคลินิกความงามจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
