Job DescriptionsWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts cum HR/Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role combines HR, administrative, and accounting responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting both employees and management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Support:
✔ Assist in issuing monthly payment vouchers.
✔ Manage petty cash and related financial transactions.
✔ Assist in payment processing and financial record-keeping.
Human Resources (HR):
✔ Process payroll
✔ Assist in HR operations and provide reports to Asia Pacific HQ.
✔ Handle staff expense reimbursements and attendance tracking.
Administration:
✔ Oversee daily office operations for seamless workflow.
✔ Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven experience in basic accounting functions, HR and administration
- Knowledge of HR policies, payroll, labour laws, and disciplinary procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Japanese language skills are a plus!
