Job Descriptions
1.รับผิดชอบในการสรรหาพนักงาน, อบรมพนักงานและทำเงินเดือน
2.ดูแลเรื่องสวัสดิการของพนักงาน เช่น ประกันสุขภาพ เบี้ยเลี้ยง ประกันสังคม
3.ช่วยแปลภาษาไทยจีน ให้พนักงานและหัวหน้าชาวจีนเข้าใจตรงกัน
4.ประสานงานกับองค์กรทั้งภายใน ภายนอก
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานHRและล่ามแปลภาษาในโรงงานอุสาหกรรม 3ปีขึ้นไป
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานล่ามด้วยจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สื่อสารภาษาจีนได้คล่อง
- มีใบขับขี่ ขับรถได้ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
