Job Descriptions
Duties & Responsibilities: •Create a plan, control, and standardize of production. •Control production line run smoothly. •Responsible for Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, Cost down project. •Coordinate monthly production workflow for every products. •Solve the problem that happen in production line. •Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. •Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. •Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations. •Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget. •Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Age 40-45 years
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  3. Have working experience at least 10 years about Production Control in any manufacturing industry
  4. Have management experience at least 5 years as Production Assistant Manager (have more than 200 subordinates)
  5. Have working experience about Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, Cost down project.
