Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and experienced Business Development Specialist/Manager with a strong background in the skincare industry to drive our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have international exposure and a deep understanding of the beauty sector, including skincare, color cosmetics, and supplements.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand our market presence in the skincare industry.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the skincare and beauty sector.
•Build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and Domestic and International potential partners.
•Leverage existing modern trade channels to maximize distribution and sales effectiveness.
•Create and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and campaigns tailored to target markets and channels.
•Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align business strategies and optimize growth.
•Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, adjusting tactics accordingly.
•Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
•Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services and network with potential clients.
•Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives, including promotional campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the skincare or beauty industry.
- Strong international exposure and understanding of global skincare markets.
- Proven experience with modern trade channels and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Fluent in using Generative AI.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of beauty sector trends, including skincare, color cosmetics, and dietary supplements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetics Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Knowledge of Beauty Clinic Operation is a plus.
