Job Descriptions
1. ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินด้านการผลิตให้ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ 2. พัฒนาและใช้กลยุทธ์เพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิต 3. ติดตามประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและพัฒนากลยุทธ์เพื่อปรับปรุง 4. จัดการทีมการผลิตและตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ 5. ตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยและมาตรฐานคุณภาพ 6. ตรวจสอบและรายงานตัวชี้วัดการผลิต เช่น ต้นทุน ประสิทธิภาพ ของเสีย และผลผลิต 7. ตอบสนองและแก้ไขปัญหาการผลิต วิเคราะห์สิ่งที่ต้องปรับปรุงในกระบวนการผลิตและพัฒนาแผนเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าว
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/เพศหญิง อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิ ปวส ประเภทวิชาอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต-ป.ตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาอุตสาหการ,เครื่องกล,สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต
  3. ประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 3 ปีขึ้นไปด้านสายการผลิต
  4. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
  5. สามารถอ่านแบบชิ้นส่วนเครื่องกลได้ มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการผลิต
  6. มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก พร้อมเรียนรู้งาน และมีความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน
