- ติดต่อประสานงานกับแผนกบัญชีของลูกค้า เพื่อให้ได้รับเงินตรงตามกำหนดเวลา เปิด บัญชีกับบริษัทลูกค้าใหม่ Credit Team เปิด PO วางบิล เก็บเงิน - วางบิล และเก็บเงินลูกค้าได้ถูกต้องแม่นยำ ตามกำหนด ไม่ล่าช้า - ควบคุมการทำงานของ admin เตรียมเอกสารต่างๆให้บริษัททำบัญชี ตรวจเช็คค่าใช้จ่ายของบริษัทให้ตรงกับ statement ทำสรุปเงินเดือนพนักงาน - ทำเช็คหรือเตรียมค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อโอนให้ผู้บริหาร พนักงาน และ Suppliers

Qualifications

ระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา - Accounting - Finance - บริหารธุรกิจ - อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการทำบัญชี หรือการเงินมาก่อน 3-5 ปี
มีประสบการณ์การจัดซื้อมาก่อน
มีความรอบคอบ แม่นยำ
พูดเก่ง มีทักษะในการต่อรอง
