Responsibilities: 1. Develop, review, and refine sustainability policies, action plans, and gap analyses to align with business and regulatory requirements. 2. Conduct materiality assessments that integrate corporate and stakeholder perspectives to prioritize sustainability efforts. 3. Identify opportunities for sustainability improvements and provide technical input to enhance environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. 4. Monitor monthly sustainability performance and annual sustainability report metrics and ensure continuous improvement. 5. Support the group-level sustainability reporting and ensure alignment across the organization. Prepare and manage sustainability assurance processes with third-party auditors. 6. Serve as the primary sustainability contact within the company, engaging with internal and external stakeholders. 7. Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, investors, and customers to enhance sustainability impact. 8. Review and respond to grievances and complaints related to sustainability matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Business, or a related field.
5 years of experience in corporate sustainability, ESG, or environmental/social impact projects.
Familiarity with global sustainability frameworks such as GRI, DJSI, CDP, UN SDGs, UNGC, OECD, ASC, MSC, and environmental footprinting is preferred.
Ability to drive sustainability initiatives and manage cross-functional teams.
Strong data-driven approach to sustainability performance evaluation.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, both internally and externally.
Ability to assess risks and develop innovative sustainability solutions.
Stay updated with global sustainability trends and regulatory changes.
Fluent in Thai and English to coordinate with international and local stakeholders.
