Job Descriptions

1.Booking AP inventory material regarding vendors and booking AP transactions regarding affiliated companies. 2.Booking AP petty cash regarding reimbursement to employees. 3.Generating GR and IR report to Purchase Department to follow up invoice from vendors. 4.Month-end foreign currency valuation (AP, AR and Bank). 5.AP aging report for related and non-related companies. 6.Generating payment voucher to affiliated companies. 7.Updating production manufacturing to the Department of Industrial Works (RM and FG). 8.Booking material in transit for affiliated companies. 9.Coordinating with year-end auditor. 10.Other work assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Graduating from Finance, Accounting, Business or other related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in Accounting or finance is preferred. New graduate is acceptable.
Be able to work independently.
Intermediate level of English proficiency in speaking, listening, reading and writing is required.
