Job Descriptions

- Oversee purchasing system both of direct, in-direct material since sourcing until stock management. - Sourcing vendors/products with competitive prices, while maintaining better or comparable quality and services. - Lead the development and execution of effective purchasing strategies. - Effective the procurement management. - Manage and make forecast purchasing pricing and amount, budget control and analysis and cost down activity. - Prepare and negotiate contracts with selected vendors. Build strong relationships with them and evaluate their performance to ensure cost efficiency and quality. - Set cost reduction target and action plan and follow up the result in order to achieve the target. - Verify and authorize procurement orders. Ensure products/services to be ordered/received are in accordance with the user requirements and within a reasonable budget. - Coach and monitor the purchasing team to align with policy, process and procedure of the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
At least 8 years of Purchasing experience within the Manufacturing Business. (Automotive Business is an advantage)
At least 2 years of Assistant Manager or Manager Level
Having excellent analytical , strategic thinking skills and problem solving skill.
Strong negotiation & collaboration skills and continuously looking for commercial opportunities.
Good English both of writing and specking in business communication. (TOEIC 550 Score is an advantage)
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP / SAP and Microsoft Offices.
