Job Descriptions

1. Prepare recruitment plans for all channels, recruit employees for all positions after receiving a manpower request 2. Announce job positions/search for applications 3. Prepare various documents for job applications, such as applications, various forms 4. Make appointments and interviews, record recruitment data 5. Create a summary list of manpower for each month, present to supervisors 6. Always update job positions 7. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
Able to communicate in Chinese or English will be given special consideration.
Have at least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment work.
Have skills in employee selection and interviewing employees to meet their qualifications.
Have basic knowledge of labor laws, have negotiation skills, and are good at solving immediate problems.
