Job Descriptions

Contract Sourcing: •Develop contract planning and sourcing strategy for procurement. •Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive improvement initiatives in spending. •Conduct the commercial evaluation based on TCO analysis. Contract Negotiations: •Manage negotiations including commercial aspect and terms & conditions. •Ensure all agreements align with company policies, legal requirements, and compliance standards. Market Analysis: •Monitor market trends and movement in responsible scope and assess their potential impact on sourcing strategies. •Identify supplier capabilities and candidates that can best enable achievement of operational goals. Supplier Relationship Management: •Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and service providers. •Evaluate supplier performance, assessing compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: •Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders. •Communicate risks and issues effectively to key stakeholders, escalating significant issues as necessary. •Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the procurement strategy is aligned with Business’s objectives.

Qualifications

At least bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and sourcing processes, legal contract negotiations, and contract management systems.
Familiarity with Retail Marketing Automation, categories such as Digital Marketing Application, Point of Sale solution which are related to cloud services, digital tools and technologies.
Background in fuel retail automation is a plus.
Experience in managing supplier performance and compliance in retail business is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
Experience in developing/applying the total cost ownership (TCO), should cost modeling and other category management techniques in sourcing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Good team player and strong drive for performance and results.
Good communication and presentation skills both in Thai and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and preferred experience with P2P SAP
Ability to travel and work in Rayong office sometimes
