- Monitor overall HR operations include HRM, HRD, and HR Planning - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Manage the recruitment and selection process align with business need. - Oversee the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and recordkeeping - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. - Develop HR policies and procedures and enforcing it with strict adherence to compliance. - Handle and coordinate with the external company concerning the benefits programs to ensure service quality and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Administration or any related fields
7 years up experience in HR Overall management.
Experiences from Retail, Restaurant or any related fields
Excellent knowledge of Thai labour laws, HR best practices, and administrative processes
