Job Descriptions
- Verify the accuracy of payment documents. - Follow payments from both local and international suppliers. - Summarize payment transactions for the bank system. - Transfer funds between banks. - Prepare documents required for submission to the bank. - Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for cash management both Baht and foreign currencies, purchase foreign currencies, open of bank account and inform changing authorized signatures to bank. - Prepare the treasury reports (Cashflow Report, Cash Status Report, etc.) with accuracy and in a timely manner. - Record all the relevant transactions in ERP ; review bank statements and prepare bank reconciliation. - Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in Finance (AP&AR)
  3. Knowledgeable about finance standards.
  4. Knowledgeable about law and taxation.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Detail-oriented, able to work under high pressure, well-organized and proactive.
  8. Good command of English and Chinese.
